In addition to our CNC Plasma cutting abilities we also offer traditional engineering machining services including lathe turning, drilling and milling. We offer a choice of materials and finishes and tolerances to 0.001mm
Turning or Lathing involves rotating the workpiece on the machine while a single-edged cutting tool remains stationary. The cutting tool removes material by slowly moving parallel to the workpiece’s rotational axis.
Drilling creates a round hole by rotating a cylindrical tool parallel to the workpiece’s axis of rotation. The formed hole is equal to the diameter of the tool.
All machining is carried out on-site under controlled conditions guaranteeing quality and longevity of finish.
True Fusion Group is well placed to meet any engineering and coating requirement and provides services across a broad range of industries such as Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence, Rail, Marine and for model engineering, with over 30 years of experience.
True Fusion Group conform to customer demands and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This endorses our commitment to the quality of our work, products, systems, procedures and services.
We also provide other services that compliment the fabrication side of the workshop. To name a few this includes vapour blasting, CNC plasma cutting, chemical etching, powder coating, alloy wheel repair and fork straightening.
